I enjoy the workout and love that i can use bluetooth to use my own music. The volume is good even though the speaker sound could be more clear it's not a big deal for me. It's held strong on the wall mount and i like that it's adjustable because my 7 year old daughter enjoys this as well. It's a good way to relieve energy and stress. Love it!
